How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?
For standard Colissimo delivery, the current shipping charge is €5.95 to mainland France, €7.95 to Germany and €12 to Italy for an eligible basket below €100. Standard delivery is free from €100 in these destinations. Indicative delivery times are 24 hours to 5 days for mainland France and 3 to 10 days for the European Union, from full payment and subject to product availability, preparation and transit.
Minimum order: €25 excl. VAT (about €30 incl. VAT).

When will my order be dispatched?
Our objective is dispatch on the same business day whenever possible, especially for orders validated early in the day. There is no fixed dispatch cut-off published here. The timeframe starts when the order is fully paid and includes product availability, preparation and transit. The estimate shown when confirming your order takes precedence. Carrier disruption, exceptional weather and other unforeseen events can affect it.
How do I request a return?
- Contact our team within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order reference and the items concerned.
- We will confirm the applicable return conditions, including product eligibility and integrity, and provide the return instructions.
- Follow those instructions when sending the eligible items back.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the return has been received and processed, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Our stated average processing time is 3 business days after receipt of the return; banking delays vary by provider.
